Gary Anderson is owner and founder of Heritage Homes.
From an early age, Gary loved to create using his hands and he continues to love the satisfaction of a finished project. Having been in the construction industry for over 25 years, he has built over 250 homes in the Treasure Valley area.
Working his way "from the ground up" Gary developed the foundational skills needed to become an accomplished general contractor. He is a skilled framer, wood-worker, and welder. Additionally, he has spent time as a high school classroom teacher in the Vo-Tech department as a welding instructor.

Debbie is a native Idahoan, with 26 years’ experience as a real estate professional, and 8 years’ experience in the escrow closing industry. Having a wide range of real estate knowledge Debbie began her real estate career as a relocation agent, being the liaison between many of the area’s large corporations and their prospective new employees.
From 2001 to 2009, Debbie and her husband owned their own real estate agency and specialized as on-site sales agents for new home-construction communities. With a passion for helping others, Sarah spent 10 years as a Speech Language Pathologist helping children with disabilities. While honing her procedural and paperwork skills in that industry, she also assisted her husband as co-owner of Heritage Homes over the last 25 years. Sarah enjoys interfacing with clients to help them achieve their long and short-term goals and to make the new home building process seamless. She is intimately familiar with the building process and has spent the last 30 years calling Idaho her home.
When not helping others, Sarah enjoys pursuing keto cooking, hiking, researching, and spending time with her family, friends and four kids / 3 daughters in law and her grand puppies and kitties.
